Enjoy a leisurely time on the water in this stand-up paddleboard experience at Yoshino-Kumano National Park's Hisetsu Falls. Local staff will instruct you in how to safely use the stand-up paddleboard equipment. Once you're prepped, you can roam across the water to your heart's content and bask in the negative ions of the waterfall, which are believed to boost physical vitality.
