The Tenryu River cuts a path through Nagano Prefecture and lives up to its "rampaging" reputation as one of Japan's fastest rivers. Choose from a slow or fast rafting course and enjoy a thrilling water ride to the backdrop of sheer cliff faces and jagged rock formations. The river begins at Lake Suwa and empties out off the coast of Shizuoka into the Pacific Ocean.
