We hereby announce the following proposal competition for B2C and B2B Events in the Australian Market for FY2026.
Details of Project
The objective of this project is to spread awareness of Japan as a travel destination through participating in B2C events such as Snow Travel Expo, Sake Festival, Smash! and Matsuri Japan Festival in Sydney, and organizing a networking event for media and travel industry stakeholders to celebrate a historic record of Australian visitors to Japan in 2025.
The proposal period will be from 29 January 2026 to 18 February 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Interested parties must email tendersau@jnto.go.jp asking for the Request for Proposals document with the project name (B2C and B2B Events in the Australian Market for FY2026) in the subject of the email, and must include a contact number and reply email. The Request for Proposals document will then be emailed to you. This document will contain all necessary information about project scope, deliverables and deadlines.
We will not hold any briefing sessions regarding this Request for Proposal. We will accept questions by email until 5:00 pm (AEDT) on 13 February 2026.
We are unable to provide information to you over the phone due to the competitive nature of the tender process.
