We hereby announce the following proposal competition for New Zealand Market Representative and Events for FY2026.
Details of Project
The objective of this project is to increase New Zealand travellers’ interest in visiting Japan through research, sales calls, travel agent training , participation in AsiaNow Roadshow and Travel&Co Ski & Board Travel Expo and other related support directed to the travel trade and media.
The proposal period will be from 7 January 2026 to 28 January 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Interested parties must email tendersau2@jnto.go.jp asking for the Request for Proposals document with the project name (New Zealand Market Representative and Events for FY2026) in the subject of the email, and must include a contact number and reply email. The Request for Proposals document will then be emailed to you. This document will contain all necessary information about project scope, deliverables and deadlines.
We will not hold any briefing sessions regarding this Request for Proposal. We will accept questions by email until 5:00 pm (AEDT) on 22 January 2026.
We are unable to provide information to you over the phone due to the competitive nature of the tender process.
