Partners Information: The ornate floats of the Spring and Autumn Takayama Festivals will be specially displayed on 1st May 2019 to celebrate the Japanese new era of Reiwa.

Yatai Float Display
9:00 – 16:00
- The Takayama Spring festival floats will be around Takayama Jinya (Historical Government House)
- The Takayama Autumn festival floats will be at the Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine Precinct and Omotesando (The area leading up to the front of the shrine).
Marionette Performance
10:00-11:00
- Performances on the three floats Sanbaso, Shakkyo-tai and Ryujin-tai will be held near Takayama Jinya.
13:30-14:00 and 15:00-15:30
- Performances on the float ‘Hotei’ will be held at the Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine precinct.
