Partners Information: Tanto Tulip Festival 2018 is on again this year from mid to late April!The festival showcases 1,000,000 planted tulips of about 300 different varieties. 100,000 of these tulips will be used to make a flower image of the popular Toyooka city character ‘Gen-san’.
