Kumamoto earthquake 03 January 2019

On January 3rd 2019 at approximately 6:10 pm JST, a strong earthquake (Magnitude 5.1) occurred in Kumamoto Prefecture on the island of Kyushu, southwestern Japan. According to Japan Meteorological Agency, this earthquake poses no tsunami risk.
