Japanaroo 2021 will feature over 50 events from 20 Aug to 2 Oct. We’ve compiled a list of mostly virtual events so you can experience Japan without having to leave the house! Participate in any of the listed events for the chance to win return flights to Japan for you and a friend.

Stroll by weeping willows, the famous water lilies and over 70,000 different plants in three separate gardens capturing different periods in Monet’s artistic style. 

This year, the World Cosplay Summit will be held from 7-8 August as a hybrid event (in person and online) for the first time so anyone can watch, even from outside of Japan. It’s a good chance to enjoy the cosplay world even if you haven’t experienced it before!

Partners Information: Yosakoi is an energetic style of group dancing that originated in Kochi Prefecture and is now practiced throughout Japan and around the world. The recording of a special yosakoi event that was recently held in Tokyo can now be viewed online until 22 July 2021.
