Miso-making among gorgeous mountain scenery

Try your hand at making miso among the beautiful scenery of the Central and Southern Alps. The Hanamaruki company opened the Handmade Miso Experience Center in the mountains of Nagano Prefecture in celebration of the 100th anniversary of their founding. In addition to making miso, visitors can view miso production at the adjacent factory.
