Partners Information: Kumamon Park is a new attraction in southern Kumamoto Prefecture featuring 84 Kumamon statues, a Japanese-style garden and a bamboo grove.
 

This year, the World Cosplay Summit will be held from 7-8 August as a hybrid event (in person and online) for the first time so anyone can watch, even from outside of Japan. It’s a good chance to enjoy the cosplay world even if you haven’t experienced it before!

Partners Information: Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine is located deep in the heart of a cypress forest in Kumamoto Prefecture. The stone steps leading to the shrine are lined with around 100 moss-covered lanterns adding to the mystical atmosphere.

Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time, an animated science fiction film written and co-directed by Hideaki Anno was released in Japan on 8 March 2021. It is the fourth installment of the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, which is based on the original anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion in the mid 1990s. To commemorate the movie's well-received launch, we introduce a couple of local attractions that may prove to be irresistable for fans of this anime.
