Partners Information: Located in southwestern Fukuoka Prefecture, Ukiha Inari Shrine is dedicated to the gods of business prosperity, abundant crops, sake brewing, health, longevity and scholarship.
The shrine offers stunning views from its mountaintop location, and the vermillion torii gates lining the pathway on the way up provide a striking contrast against the verdant surrounds. On a clear day, you can see as far as Harazuru Onsen, one of the largest hot spring towns in Fukuoka Prefecture.
It’s also a famous place to enjoy cherry blossoms in the springtime.
