Nestled between the mountains and the sea, the natural and urban are in harmony in Toyama. The city has a strong pharmaceutical industry and excellent fresh seafood. Home to one of the largest convention venues in Japan, top research institutes specialising in robotics and radiology, and Japan’s Disney Resorts, Chiba has something for any event. As the location of one of the largest airports in Japan, Narita International, and under an hour from Tokyo, Chiba boasts unparalleled global access.

The capital of Japan is a dynamic city, home to a population over 13 million joined daily by workers at top corporations and research institutes. The finance and IT sectors are particularly well represented. But Tokyo also has a traditional side for events to explore: in its shrines, old towns, and other heritage.

- Yokohama
One of the first ports to be open to international trade in Japan, Yokohama is a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world. The second-largest city in Japan and adjacent to Tokyo, Yokohama is both an industrial hub itself and part of an integrated economic region – a fantastic network to draw on for events.
